MODULAR BULLETPROOF VEST

Improved ballistic and tactical bulletproof vest, offering maximum protection including quick release of its user.

The bulletproof vest must combine UHMWPE and aramid type materials, providing an excellent level of protection and comfort without hindering the mobility of soldiers in the performance of tasks during the execution of their missions thus offering a wide solution and an operational asset. The bulletproof vest must be able to offer protection up to NIJ IIIA level, which can be further reinforced against ammunition such as AK-47, 7.62 NATO, 5.56 mm and others, using rigid plates to insert, available separately.

The pockets must be modular.

RAPID RELEASE SYSTEM

A feature in the design of the modular bulletproof vest is that the entire system can be released by pulling on a hidden loop, the vest then breaks down into several parts, providing the wearer of the equipment with a way to escape in case he falls into the water or becomes trapped in a dangerous environment. The hidden clearance cord also allows medical personnel easier access to the injured person.

The special rapid release system must be operational with the help of a single quick release loop, it is possible to quickly release the wearer by stretching all parts of the vest. The assembly of the vest must be done quickly by clicking on 4 loops.

BALLISTIC PROTECTION PLATE 25/30CM

The ballistic protection plate is designed to stop a caliber 30 AP and AP M2, according to level IV of NIJ 0.101.06

The ballistic test shall be carried out in accordance with NIJ STD0.101.06 with a single shot.

The rigid ballistic protection plate is made of ceramic carbide  silicone, it is multi-curved, shaped and very comfortable it weighs 2.45 kg + or – 5%.

The ballistic protection plate is tested against the following threats:

• 7.62 x 51 NATO, M 80 NIJ level 4 0.101.06
• 7.62 x 39 MSC _NIJ Level 4 0.101.06
• 5.56 x 45 SS 109 VPAM Classes 7 0.101.06
• 7.62 x 63 M2 AP NIJ level 4 0.101.06

DETACHED PARTS

Each part of the vest (front, back, right and left shoulder, right and left neck protection and testicular protection) must be able to be sold separately as spare parts so as not to be forced to change the entire vest if only one or more parts of the vest are damaged, 2% of the contract amount will have to be delivered with the bulletproof vests.

A video of the assembly and disassembly of the modular bulletproof vest must be provided on computer support.
