NEGEV^® 7 UX 16.5

The NEGEV 7 UX (7.62x51mm) is a battle-proven, ultra-lightweight belt-fed machine gun developed in close collaboration with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) to expand operational flexibility. Engineered for excellence, it delivers unrivaled performance and exceptional reliability, allowing elite forces to dominate the modern battlefield with a rare combination of firepower and agility. Weighing significantly less than traditional 7.62mm light machine guns, the NEGEV 7 UX enables operators to maneuver more quickly through dense environments, such as narrow alleys and damaged structures, without slowing the operational tempo. To ensure maximum mission suitability, the system is available in several barrel lengths and features a quick-change barrel mechanism, allowing it to adapt instantly to varying tactical scenarios.

This intelligent platform offers both semi-automatic and full-automatic modes, providing tactical teams with precise control for both suppression and accurate point firing. The NEGEV 7 UX now comes with a long upper Picatinny rail connected to the feed tray cover, allowing for more real-estate to combine multiple optics and magnifiers. The new M-LOK handguards allow for maximum modularity, and a front small welded Picatinny rail underneath allows for connecting QD bipods, lowering the weapon’s overall weight even more. The inclusion of an adjustable gas regulator ensures reliable cycling and optimal performance across extreme environmental conditions. Its low recoil and reduced muzzle flash make it ideal for both open-terrain engagements and close-quarter suppression, even during extended bursts.

The weapon is also equipped with integrated tritium backup iron sights, a suppressor-ready interface for IWI’s advanced line of signature reduction solutions, and adjustable buttstock for tight-space handling and enhanced ergonomic control. When integrated with IWI’s ARBEL computerized fire control system, the NEGEV 7 UX transforms into an intelligent weapon platform that enhances lethality, survivability, and combat awareness under pressure. From urban warfare to high-intensity conflict, the NEGEV 7 UX sets a new standard for lightweight 7.62mm machine guns, combining a legacy of Israeli engineering with cutting-edge innovation for the most demanding missions.
